LCD DISPLAY WITH 0.1°C PRECISION

In addition to eliminating the need for thermometers, which can lead to inaccurate readings and put your investment at risk, the WP-100 allows the entire operation to be monitored on a liquid crystal display that shows the water temperature with 0.1°C resolution.

The time required to thaw the semen varies depending on the type of straw used (fine or medium). It is also worth noting that the container holds up to four groups of straws at a time, each properly numbered to support the process.

FAST WATER HEATING

Thanks to the WP-100’s modern, oversized electronics, combined with sophisticated software extensively tested under a wide range of operating conditions, the water can be heated at a rate of up to 1°C per minute.

PRECISE TEMPERATURE CONTROL

The water is heated evenly throughout the chamber, with no variation between hot and cold spots. The target temperature of 36°C is reached accurately in any ambient condition from 0°C to 35°C and maintained indefinitely (even underwater).

WATER RESISTANCE

The WP in this thawer’s name stands for WATERPROOF, as its German-engineered enclosure was specifically designed for use in dusty, humid, and wet environments without damage, providing proper protection for the unit’s electronics.

In laboratory testing conducted in accordance with ABNT NBR IEC 60529:2009 (the standard used to measure the degree of protection provided by electrical equipment enclosures), the WP-100 remained submerged in water for 24 hours while powered on and operating normally.
